Visibility Group / Web Consultancy are one of Teesside’s longest running digital design companies with many staff working here for over 8 years.

Due to our success and the demand for our services, we have now expanded to a much larger office space in Middlesbrough town centre. With this in mind we are looking for 4 individuals who share our ambitions to grow. We are searching for talented, experienced Sales Executives who can fit right in with our already great team.

Being a Sales Professional is not just about selling our products; it is also about really getting to know the needs of our potential customers and building connections that really matter. That way you can provide the level of service we pride ourselves on offering.

Candidates must have excellent communication skills, be ambitious and sales driven. Successful candidates should have the ability to work well within a small team and be confident with both phone and face to face speaking. A strong worth ethic and a positive attitude is vital for this role.

As a Sales/Telesales Executive you can expect a basic salary of 16-20k with a realistic OTE of around 25-35K in your first year. Great incentives are also available throughout the year, making this an even better opportunity.

The role comes with an uncapped commission structure so the more you put in to the job, the more money you take home. We don’t work weekends or bank holidays, and we offer 28 paid holidays.

You will need to be self-motivated, confident, and have a passion for selling. Ambition is great too, especially as exceeding targets and working on your own initiative can bring the best rewards.
